Location- Remote (prefer someone east coast)
Clearance- Public Trust (prefer someone w/ active clearance)
Salary- 80k/yr

Power Platform Associate responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design efficient solutions, and deliver high quality applications and workflows that drive business value.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions.
• Design and develop custom Power Apps to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
• Create Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Power Platform solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Power Platform and recommend best practices for implementation.

Required Experience
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Functional Consultant).
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications & Education
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
