Regional Sales Manager

What You'll Do:

• Build strong connections with customers to understand what they need
• Present and promote our high-quality products to help customers solve their challenges
• Plan and carry out sales strategies to win new customers and grow existing accounts
• Offer top-notch customer service and technical support
• Travel a minimum of three days a week to meet clients, building relationships and showcasing solutions
• Work closely with our team and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth and clear communication

What We're Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, outside sales, or a related field
• An understanding of mechanical components (like motors, chains, couplings, and bearings)
• A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus
• Someone who's highly motivated, an excellent communicator, and has a valid driver's license
