Location: The Assembly Room at Benedictine College
Job Type: Up to 40 hours/week
Reports To: Director of the Center for Constitutional Liberty
As Benedictine College prepares to open a new library modeled on Independence Hall, it seeks a passionate Museum Educator with a deep knowledge of and love for American history, principles, and values, to develop and implement educational programs that bring history to life. The library will contain a duplicate of the Liberty Bell and a replica of the Assembly Room, as well as a large multi?purpose room to house exhibits. This role involves engaging visitors of all ages through guided tours and curriculum?aligned educational materials. The Museum Educator will also assist in developing exhibits, scheduling group visits, managing student workers, and ensuring a dynamic and educational experience for all guests.
