Description:

Key Accountabilities

  • Execute manufacturing processes by operating designated production equipment.
  • Select intermediates or raw materials, transport them, and load them into production machines.
  • Interpret bills of materials and formula specifications to ensure correct quantities are added in the proper sequence.
  • Manufacture products safely, efficiently, and in accordance with predefined process instructions and quality standards.
  • Accurately read control instruments and maintain neat, precise records for all required operations.
  • Complete all quality testing requirements to verify final product quality.
  • Ensure efficient and uninterrupted production by identifying and facilitating process improvements.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report production information accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain records for production activities, raw material deliveries, quality samples, and equipment/process performance.
  • Prepare product packaging for subsequent production steps or final shipment according to departmental specifications.
  • Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of laboratory instruments.
  • Work in compliance with all relevant requirements and internal safety guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, safe, and clutter-free work environment.
  • Understand significant QSHE aspects and impacts related to job duties, including legal requirements and emergency preparedness.
  • Apply the Corporate Sustainability Policy and Integrated Management System (IMS) to continuously improve QSHE performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements
  • Strong command of oral and written communication in the local language.
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial or manufacturing experience in a chemical or related field.
  • Experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or related operation.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Computer skills and laboratory experience preferred.
  • Basic chemistry knowledge preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends, including operating the facility independently during nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work indoors and occasionally outdoors in environments involving heat, cold, dirt, and noise.
