You will help build, manage, and grow online communities for our brands and clients./ppYou will post content, talk to members, keep the community safe, and organize a variety of events to keep the community engaged. You will also report regularly on what is working, whats not working, and actively work to improve./ph3Essential Skills/h3ulliCommunity management: Proven experience running online communities (e.g., LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, Slack/Discord, forums/Reddit) with clear engagement and growth results./liliAccount management: Have owned a client or team account and kept people updated./liliMultitasking and high follow-through: You should be able to stay organized, meet deadlines, and effectively follow through with strategies in place to grow/maintain our community efforts./liliTools: Canva or similar for graphics; basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, Descript); community/scheduling tools (e.g., Meta tools, Buffer/Hootsuite); collaboration suites (GSuite/MS Office)./liliAI tools: Practical use of AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, repurposing, etc, to work as effectively as possible./liliWriting: You must be able to communicate in a friendly, empathetic manner, on-brand./liliAnalytics mindset: You should be comfortable with working with analytics, metrics, and can use data to make informed decisions to continue to drive meaningful results/outcomes./li/ulh3Duties and Responsibilities:/h3ulliPlan simple goals for the community and a basic monthly plan./liliPost content on a set schedule with clean visuals and short videos when needed./liliTalk with members, answer questions, and keep the space safe./liliPlan and run small events (AMAs, roundtables, or simple webinars)./liliFind and support member champions and invite them to engage within our communities./liliRegular reporting on performance, analyzing whats working, whats not working, and suggesting next steps./li/ulh3Work Hours Expectations/h3ulliSince BizyCorp serves US clients, the role requires flexibility within a specific time frame:/liliWork Schedule Commitment: Since we are 100% virtual, we can create a flexible work schedule for 5 hours during the day and 3 hours at night./liliNote: Working 8 hours a day is a must.
