Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Operations Data Analyst to manage complex data analysis projects end-to-end. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with SAP and Salesforce, and the ability to proactively coordinate with stakeholders while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex data analysis projects with minimal supervision
• Design, analyze, and present data insights aligned with business objectives
• Create and manage automated reports, data extracts, and data cleansing processes
• Develop clear, actionable insights for leadership and clients
• Recommend improvements to data sources and reporting processes

Required Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• SAP and Salesforce experience
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent time management, initiative, and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• SQL (Oracle/Business Objects)
• Access, VBA, UNIX shell scripting
• Prior Client/utility operations experience
• Project management experience

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience

Additional Notes:

• Remote role; hybrid if local
• Non-local candidates will require supplier-issued equipment.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $64.00 - $68.00 per hour.
