Key Accountabilities
Plant Operations Process and Improvement Coordinate the planned operations , while reducing process variation with the use of statistical process control. Maintain a very active effort in the design, improvement and subsequent modification of the plant processes. Develop a production planning schedule in order to guarantee finished product inventories, predict plant potential risks (bottlenecks), and utilize "all" plant resources to their maximum potential. Coordinate with the leadership team to ensure quality materials are available for shipment when required. Perform other duties as assigned.
Plant Support and Reporting
Coordinate the leadership daily work schedules to maintain adequate resources at the plant when needed. Continuously improve leadership and staff's capability by assisting with training new leaders. Report plant performance on a monthly basis to the management staff. Provide input to the Maintenance and Engineering departments to help maximize their efforts.
Plant Environment Safety
Ensure plant areas are clean, safe and in orderly condition at all times. Coordinate activities related to the safety in the plant area, in accordance with Area Managers.

Other requirements
Excellent command of both oral and written local language and English are required.Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.

Education
University (Bachelor's Degree) in Business, Manufacturing, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience and a minimum of 3 years as a senior department manager managing a professional staff. Manufacturing with granulation is preferred. SAP experience is required.

Proven ability to lead and supervise team of professional level employees, and set goals and objectives for team members.Effective team player and coordinator with strong interpersonal skills.Good project management skills.High degree of discipline and teamwork.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
