Program Manager, RiskOperations & Resilience
About The Role:
CBRE is seeking a Program Manager to lead processoptimization and scaling initiatives for a client's global facility auditprogram, which evaluates hundreds of facilities annually and aims toproactively reduce facility risk. Though the facility risk mitigation programspans global regions, the primary focus of the role is to support programexecution Globally. A US-based role is preferred. This role directly supports risk mitigationacross a portfolio of hundreds of global facilities, making processes moreefficient and scalable.
The Program Manager will partner with the client'scustomers and stakeholders to verify and track business needs, build programprocesses, drive collaboration, manage program reporting through writtenupdates, establish and track metrics, and mitigate program risks. The successful candidate will be anatural self-starter and invent and simplify where needed (such as improvingreporting and tracking mechanisms or optimizing workflows and other programresources). The role requires an individual adept at navigating ambiguity andconflicting priorities who can earn trust with global teams and maintain a highlevel of integrity.
The idealcandidate will have experience managing projects that spantechnical teams such as engineers, architects, or property insuranceunderwriters, and non-technical teams, maintaining schedule and milestonetrackers, and providing weekly, data-driven status updates to all levels oftechnical acumen and leadership.
The role may require supervision of a small CBRE programmanagement team, and an individual with management experience is preferred.
What You'll Do:
Design and implement scalable facility auditprocesses and workflows
Partner with facility leaders and internalsubject matter experts (engineers, architects, asset managers, transactions,maintenance personnel, etc.) to resolve risk findings efficiently
Manage large datasets and dashboards, anddevelop automation strategies with technical teams
Drive program schedule, metrics, reporting,and continuous improvement initiatives
Anticipate program risks and developmitigation plans
Coordinate vendor management and deliverablequality standards
Lead cross-functional collaboration acrossglobal regions
Facilitate weekly alignment meetings onprogram-specific updates
Support additional global facility riskmanagement initiatives as needed
Rolemay include supervision of a small CBRE program management team; managementexperience preferred
WhatYou'll Need:
Bachelor'sdegree in engineering, architecture, risk management, business, or relatedfield
5-7years program management experience, strong data management experience, andexperience with global teams
Abilityto work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Superiorwritten and verbal communication skills including proven ability to effectivelymanage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partnersand internal teams
Proficientin project management software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, etc.) and MicrosoftOffice
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:
MBA,master's degree, or other advanced degree in Architecture, Engineering, RiskManagement, or related field
Fulfillment/distributionnetwork design, planning, or execution experience
Familiaritywith compliance, facility audit programs, or property insurance or builder'srisk management processes
Familiaritywith basic real estate or design and construction workflows
Proficientin dashboarding and visualization tools (QuickSuite, Tableau)

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
