Genesis10 is seeking a Client Support Specialist for a 6-month contract position with a client located in Franklin, WI. This role will work on a hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely.
Work Schedule - shifts are available between 7am - 6pm CST. For training, the schedule will be 8am - 4:30pm and will also operate on a hybrid schedule.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
Summary:
The Client Support Specialist will support clients and field members-primarily through call center operations-by resolving inquiries related to the consumer website and mobile app. This role focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience, resolving issues efficiently, and proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
