What You'll Do

As the first face our patients see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, smooth experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

• Warmly greeting and registering patients
• Collecting payments and reviewing balances
• Confirming appointments and managing daily schedules
• Verifying insurance and providing cost estimates
• Delivering exceptional customer service in person and on the phone

Your role is vital in helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
