As an accounting clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Performing clerical and transactional accounting tasks in accordance with US GAAP and SOX internal control requirements.
• Managing accounts payable, billing, and related accounting processes.
• Assisting the Plant Controller with monthly close activities, reconciliations, and report generation.
• Entering production and usage data into the ERP system from inventory control tools.
• Supporting inventory processes, including cycle counts and variance investigation.
• Working with cross-functional teams to gather accounting data and resolve issues.
• Completing administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, document processing, and maintaining records.

We need you to have:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years of accounting or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work accurately, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
