Responsible for managing employees in the livestock area as well as managing the livestock, their behaviors, care, and welfare including methods to optimize meat quality attributes during swine processing for food; developing a competent staff of employees through coaching, training, and production techniques; providing timely performance reports to Management along with recommendations on all variances; Proper animal welfare training and application to swine will be a core requirement, including compliance with regulatory standards. Establish good lines of communication between support departments and plant operations; Encourage good work habits and promote safety. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 TO WORK AT TRIUMPH FOODS.
