Promotes building work-related skills and independence on the job. Provides training, coaching, feedback and tools for individualized supports including building natural supports in the work environment. Assesses job site appropriateness, natural supports, and work culture to ensure a good fit between individuals and organizations. Reviews service plans and individual progress for satisfaction of services and quality assurance. Completes accurate log notes and data collection which reflect progress on plan goals. Participates in staff meetings, departmental trainings for on-going growth and development. Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or bachelors degree in human services or business-related field preferred. At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
