The role of the Training & Development Manager requires an individual who can support various training and development needs for the Company, including the creation of management training curriculums. The Training & Development Manager will rely on excellent writing and verbal communication, tracking, computer, and client support skills, as well as prior experience developing and delivering training content. The incumbent must be capable of working proactively and demonstrate initiative. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 TO WORK AT TRIUMPH FOODS.
