The Food Server serves food and beverages to the St. Jo Frontier Casino guests and performs other job duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Take customers orders for the food and beverage. Serve food and beverage in a cheerful, efficient manner and in accordance with the St. Jo Frontier Casino. Maintain customer's service standards applicable in the restaurant. Remove customer's soiled plates as soon as the customers have finished eating. When no busser is present bus, clean, and reset tables. Take all customer complaints to the supervisor or manager present. Perform side-work duties on a daily basis and as assigned by the lead or supervisor. Clean-up server side of line in the kitchen after each shift when no expeditor is present. Follow cleaning lists posted weekly by supervisor and sign off on them. Keep work stations and floor stations clean as possible at all times in accordance with the Missouri Health Sanitation's Laws and Safety.
