The ODP Corporation - 605 North Belt Highway - Responsibilities: Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.; Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to all associates to ensure an understanding of print processes and selling techniques.; Facilitate training sessions on the business model and the holistic service offering for clients/customers.; Operate all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure customers orders are completed correctly and on time.; Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including activation and deactivation of the store's alarm system, cash handling, and daily store balancing.
