Chilis - 5105 North Belt Highway - Responsibilities: Act as the right-hand person to the General Manager and fill in for the GM during their absence; Support all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of product and customer service; Assist in hiring, terminations, promotions and raises; mentor managers and shift leaders; Conduct monthly maintenance checks, inventory counts, and manage vendor invoices and food ordering; Model and teach Service 101 and PACE, and drive budget targets each shift
