Job Description
Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour
Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 15:30
Experience: 2 years nursing experience
License: Pending license okay with submission, must be in-hand prior to start
Certifications: ARRT N, BLS, NMTCB, PET*, ARRT N or NMTCB

Must-Have:
- Previous charge experience
- Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
- Travel experience preferred

Description:
This position is for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
The role is day shift from 07:00 to 15:30, Monday through Friday.
There is no call, no holiday, and no weekend work required.
Experience in operating room settings is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will be a nuclear medicine technologist.
Cardiovascular nuclear medicine experience is helpful but not required.
Key skills include drawing venous blood, managing and maintaining IVs, and performing various scans such as Muga, PET, and HIDA.
The candidate should be well-versed in handling, storing, and disposing of radioactive materials.
Interdisciplinary support and care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients are part of this role.
The candidate must have a commitment to infection control and safety protocols.
Return staff must have been gone for one year before reapplying as travelers.
