Aquent Studios is seeking a Social Media Strategist with consumer product expertise for a premier global tech brand. Positioned between strategy and execution, youwill translate high-level brand goals into actionable channel plans, content frameworks, and learning agendas. Your focus is activation, planning rigor, and continuous improvement-ensuring strategy evolves based on performance and audience behavior.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy Translation & Activation: Convert business objectives into clear channel roles, content mixes, and format priorities. Develop frameworks (content pillars, channel matrices) that remove ambiguity for execution teams.
• Creator Planning & Briefing: Define the role of creators across audience segments. Develop insight-led creator briefs that articulate strategic intent, platform guardrails, and success metrics.
• Insight-Led Optimization: Partner with Analytics to turn performance data and cultural signals into planning decisions. Lead "learning agendas" to identify what to scale, refine, or deprioritize.
• Creative Guidance: Pressure-test concepts against strategic intent. Ensure hooks, formats, and storytelling align with platform-specific behaviors.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the connective tissue between Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and Production teams to ensure campaign momentum and brand consistency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 6+ years in social planning, content strategy, editorial planning, or integrated marketing.
• Strategic Execution: Proven ability to translate complex insights into practical, channel-specific plans.
• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (algorithms, formats, and audience trends).
• Analytical Rigor: Skill in tracking KPIs (reach, engagement, ROI) to inform planning. Experience with Sprinklr and YouTube Native tools is a significant plus.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear, persuasive narratives for leadership and stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $40 -45/hr DOE
