We are searching for a talented restaurant General Manager for St Joseph, MO! Fantastic Restaurant Group and Opportunity - please note that training is out of the area, but paid for by the company.

Job Description of Restaurant General Manager:

Qualifications of Restaurant General Manager:

• 2+ years of current Restaurant General Management experience in a fast casual atmosphere.
• Great attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the hospitality industry and people.
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach with hiring, training, and developing people.
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community.
• Maintains high levels of food quality, hygiene, and restaurant standards.
