Job Description Job Description Commercial HVAC Service Technician Seattle, WA | $40–$65/hr. | Company Vehicle BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support commercial facilities across the Seattle metro area (Bellevue, Everett, and surrounding cities). What We Offer $40–$65/hr. ($83,200 - $135,200) based on experience $3,500 Tech Kickoff Bonus or extra PTO or training reimbursement Company service vehicle (take‐home available) $150 on‐call pay per scheduled shift Overtime available 401(k) with 5% company match PTO starting at 48 hours 7 paid holidays Full health, dental, vision, life & disability benefits Company iPhone & iPad annual boot voucher What You'll Do Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, AHUs, boilers, chillers, Reach-in/Walk-in Coolers/Freezers, & ice machines) Perform PMs, inspections, and equipment replacements Use company‐provided mobile tools for documentation - (e.g. Service Titan) Drive local routes - no residential sales pressure What We're Looking For 3-6 years of commercial HVAC experience EPA Universal Certification 06A License (Journey Level 06A Electrical License) or 06A trainee license (Washington Electrical Trainee Certificate) - Highly preferred Valid driver's license; able to pass background & drug screening Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces Secure overnight parking for company vehicle required U.S. work authorization required Schedule Primarily field‐based / remote On‐call rotation with additional pay About BGIS ITS As part of the globally renowned BGIS group since 2022, BGIS ITS is a leader in integrated facility management services, with over 500 U.S.-based technicians and 7,000 worldwide.
