• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruitment team for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Ensure thorough and current records are maintained in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you coordinate, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your outreach efforts.
