A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales (Level-Funded & ICHRA) for Ohio.Key Responsibilities:Achieve or exceed annual new business sales goals for Level-Funded and ICHRA productsDevelop and execute regional sales plans targeting brokers, consultants, and mid-market employersManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including pipeline management and negotiationQualifications:7-10+ years of sales experience in health insurance or employee benefits with a proven record of exceeding quotaStrong pre-existing broker and consultant relationships within the assigned regionDeep understanding of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA plan designs and alternative funding modelsEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing organization
