A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer, remote position.Key ResponsibilitiesClose first and second mortgage applications in compliance with guidelines and regulationsFacilitate mortgage loan closing processes, including preparing documentation and confirming successful closingsMonitor the closing pipeline and ensure timely communication with team members and external partnersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferredMinimum of three years of experience in mortgage loan closing, with knowledge of TRID and non-QM regulationsUnderstanding of the mortgage process from origination to post-closingProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Encompass is highly preferredAbility to work independently and maintain a high level of integrity and trust
