Job Details

Provide counseling services to students and groups of students within the Benedictine College Counseling Center. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Administer counseling services in accord with Catholic moral principles, Benedictine College principles and policies, licensing and professional standards and ethics, and governmental regulations including HIPAA, FERPA, and Title IX. Identify and manage risks associated with counseling services for students. Provide mental health counseling, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, referral, and consultations for students, including in crisis/emergency situations. Coordinate and/or collaborate with others on offering regular programs of student and staff education and training on wellness topics including mental health, alcohol and other drug prevention, and other topics of interest.
