Prepare customer business reviews, including data driven presentations. Participate and lead customer meetings. Develop positive relationships both internally and externally. Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling. Identify patterns and trends in gathered data. Present findings and recommendations to the Sales team. Develop and maintain reporting tools to support Sales and Operations teams. Assist in the achievement of company goals. Manage the flow of new sales leads, including new customer onboarding. Continuously review sales processes with a focus on improving efficiency. Complete business audits of new and existing customer accounts. Preferred Experience and Education Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. 2-5 years of experience supporting a sales team preferred.
