This is a hands on role focused on machine setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, automation support, and maintaining quality standards across production. Why join us? Stable manufacturing environment with long term growth potential Strong benefits available starting day one Overtime paid after 8 hours per day Advanced automation and robotics environment Opportunity to work closely with engineering and maintenance teams Job Details Responsibilities Set up and operate cold chamber die casting equipment Troubleshoot casting defects and optimize process parameters Perform die changes and assist with machine maintenance Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Support process improvements to reduce downtime and scrap Operate and troubleshoot FANUC robots and automation systems Assist with hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical troubleshooting Maintain accurate production and process documentation Qualifications 3+ years of die casting experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with cold chamber die cast machines FANUC robot experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of tooling, alloys, shot profiles, and die temperature control Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills Experience with automation systems, conveyors, or EOAT is a plus Preferred Experience Preventive maintenance support Forklift or overhead crane operation Lockout/Tagout and molten metal safety procedures Process improvement and scrap reduction initiatives Interested in hearing more?
