Chilis - 5105 North Belt Highway - Responsibilities: Act as the right-hand person to the GM and fill in for the GM in all functions when the GM is out of the building; Support all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of product and customer service; Assist in hiring, terminations, promotions and raises; mentor managers and shift leaders; Conduct training for hourly team members and maintain training standards; Perform monthly maintenance checklists and manage inventory counts with budget in mind
