- Drive behavioral and technical adoption among Financial Advisors and teams.
- Partner with product, learning, communications, and business teams to align execution and adoption plans.
- Build awareness, engagement, and readiness strategies for transformation efforts.
- Lead execution of large-scale change programs and strategic initiatives.
- Influence cross functional stakeholders and align teams to shared adoption goals.
- Create communication and enablement plans that support rollout and sustained tool usage.
- Track adoption metrics and feedback to assess effectiveness and identify improvements. How would you define success for this role? This individual will help drive adoption, communication, and execution efforts across a large cross-functional portfolio, ensuring branch teams and end users are prepared to successfully utilize new tools and capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong change leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders while coordinating execution across multiple teams and workstreams. Education: Bachelor s degree preferred Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years Certifications: - Change Management certification preferred but not required.
