Candidates are required to bring their active Occupational Therapist (OT) license on the first day of work. Job Details: Location: Oregon, Missouri Specialty: Occupational Therapist Inpatient Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Active OT license; at least 1 year of occupational therapy experience; long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred; new graduates considered if they have Level II experience and not just Level I observation experience Preferred Qualifications: Skills checklist within 1 year; 0-1 reference at the time of submission Additional Information: Effectively screens and evaluates patients with cognitive and/or activities of daily living physical functioning disorders and develops appropriate plans of care. Utilizes evidence-based assessments and interventions, provides rehabilitative treatments, monitors patient progress, and documents all care according to regulatory and clinical standards. Supervises support staff and participates in multidisciplinary meetings.
