Casey's General Stores - - Responsibilities: Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within the store; Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and high-traffic times; Oversee inventory, Direct Store Deliveries, and asset protection processes; Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans addressing KPIs and P&L statements
