Sales Route RepresentativeJoin FritoLay as a vital team member! As a Sales Route Representative, you will have the exciting responsibility of delivering, selling, and merchandising our popular products such as Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, and more. Your journey involves driving a FritoLay truck to various stores, including grocery stores, gas stations, and dollar stores, where you will work independently to unload orders, showcase products, and collaborate with store managers to drive sales and maintain records throughout the day.This role not only allows you to kickstart your career with us but also paves the way for future opportunities within FritoLay and our parent company, PepsiCo.What you'll be doingReceive comprehensive driving and sales training over four to six weeks with our supportive team.Experience multiple store routes, engaging with new customers along the way.Foster relationships to boost sales, implement attractive displays, and fulfill national initiatives.Enjoy a consistent route with set days off as you grow in the role.Thrive in a dynamic, physical environment that promotes fun and productivity.We operate 24/7, so a flexible schedule is necessary, which may include weekends and holidays.
