National Sales Representative

HiFyve is hiring a national sales representative in the manufacturing industry!

Salary: $70K + Commission Structure

Shift: Day Shift

Location: St Joe, MO

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies todrive growth for contract packaging and co-manufacturing services.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop customer contact plans and engage prospective clients through targeted sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on operational capacity and project requirements across locations.
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations and business reviews to support customer growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business sector meetings to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and proactively resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software such as Teams and Apollo.
  • Leverage sales technology and account planning tools to maximize customer and territory growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to strengthen sales effectiveness and industry knowledge.
  • Travel as needed to support customer relationships and business development efforts.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 5–10 years of sales experience required.
  • 3–5 years of relevant industry sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in contract packaging and co-manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Territory sales or account management experience preferred.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency using CRM platforms and sales technology tools.
