  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Implement interventions in various settings, including outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities
  • Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued supportQualifications:
    • A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
