Experienced Freight Dispatchers & Owner-Operator Recruiters Needed

We are seeking experienced freight dispatchers who also know how to recruit and manage Owner-Operators.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in freight dispatching
• Ability to book loads, communicate with brokers, and manage driver schedules
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing Owner-Operators
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Proficient in logistics software, ELD systems, and load boards
• Ability to handle multiple loads simultaneously and prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking industry best practices
• Ready to start working immediately
