District main office locations are in Denver, CO and Lenexa, KS. We relocate teams based on project needs, individual development plans, skill sets, and career goals of each team member, ensuring a tailored and dynamic career experience.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand project scope, quality requirements, and applicable quality plansCoordinate inspections and tests to align with project schedules and production goalsAddress client concerns and maintain transparent communication regarding qualityCollaborate with operations to develop work packs, identifying required inspections, tests, and documentationReview work packs for readiness prior to pre-activity meetings and construction executionManage source and receiving inspections for permanent materials and equipmentEvaluate supplier quality documentation for contract complianceMonitor and forecast costs for third-party inspection and testing services; report trends to managementPerform inspections and tests as directed, ensuring compliance with required frequency and standardsConduct verification inspections for designated risk levels and document acceptancePrepare and maintain inspection/test reports and quality recordsReview and approve inspection and test results for compliance with contract documents, codes, and standardsCommunicate test results to the project team with complete and accurate documentationThis is a field or shop-based positionQualificationsWillingness to travel and relocate as neededBachelor's degree in Welding Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (0–2 years of experience)Familiarity with construction-related quality control procedures preferredCertifications such as ASQ, CQM, CQA, or CWI are a plusWorking knowledge of trades, disciplines, and associated inspection/testing techniques preferredHighly motivated with a strong initiative and commitment to excellenceStrong work ethic and dedication to doing the job right the first timeDemonstrated integrity and ethical standardsPassion for safety and commitment to ensuring a safe work environmentExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and goalsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time managementOther RequirementsRegular, reliable attendanceWork productively and meet deadlines timelyCommunicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environmentPerform work safely and effectively.
