Production Associate – Powder Coat 1st Shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) Monday-Friday & 3rd Shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) Sunday-Thursday Available Pay: $19.00/hour | Weekly Pay | Overtime Opportunities Looking for a stable manufacturing job with steady hours and excellent benefits? What You'll Do

• Hang metal parts on the powder coat line before the coating process
• Remove finished parts from the line after coating
• Sort finished products onto racks for the next stage of production
• Inspect parts for quality and proper finish
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive work throughout the shift
• Previous manufacturing or paint experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
