You'll represent operations as a partner for supply chain planning, and support the assurance of preparedness for daily activities within operations.Your Responsibilities:Represent operations through planning, coordinating, preparing tech and production activitiesCoordinate with maintenance preventative and corrective work ordersSupport process teams through floor scheduling and documentation reviewUphold strong safety and quality cultureSupport manufacturing through operational mentorship and technical coachingWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):· Education: High school Diploma or greater· Experience: 3 years experience within manufacturingWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):Proven technical writing capability3+ years experience within GMP, animal health pharmaceutical manufacturingSAP workorder experienceQuality event management – Deviation, Change, CAPA etcCross-functional team workStrong coaching/mentorship skillsCradle to grave understanding of biologic manufacturing operationsAdditional Information:Travel: occasional <10%Location: Elwood, KSThe Elwood manufacturing facility is a 24/7/365 operation.
