Express Employment Professionals is recruiting experienced Welders for a local fabrication company in St. Joseph!

If you're confident behind a welding hood, can read blueprints, and take pride in producing strong, accurate welds, we want to talk to you.
🔧 What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality welds according to blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding plans
• Fit and position metal components for welding
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
• Maintain consistent weld quality throughout production
• Follow shop procedures and all safety requirements
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• Previous welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to quality and safety
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fabrication/shop environment
• Candidates must successfully complete a hands-on welding skills assessment

Candidates must provide their own:

• Welding hood
• Steel-toe boots

Welding jackets and sleeves will be provided.
