With competitive pay and benefits, stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, National Beef could become your next career move!For more information about National Beef Leathers, Click Here!Hours: 6 pm to 6 am; 3 day Work Week with a 4-week workday rotationResponsibilitiesStockroom Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain a safe, clean and orderly working environment Receive and record all parts and supplies accurately and timelyMaintain authorized inventory levels of parts and suppliesConduct inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepanciesMark stock items using designated identification methodsRecommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stockDispose of damaged or defective items and return to vendors when appropriateIssue/distribute materials, parts, and supplies to authorized requisitionsConfer with appropriate personnel and vendors regarding stock procurement and availabilityAll other duties as assignedThis is an on-site position. This is a safety sensitive position.QualificationsQualified candidates for the Stockroom Clerk position should possess the following:Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computersDrive forklift as required for parts moving and storageAvailable to work all shifts, flexible hours, flexible days/evenings to include weekends and holidaysConceptual/Analytical thinkingAttention to detailProblem solvingExcellent communication skills - verbal and writtenSelf-motivated and self-starterMaintain confidentialityGood computer skillsGood work performance and attendance recordsRequires heavy lifting (at least 40 pounds) and frequent climbing of stairs and laddersA computer based Personality Profile Assessment will be givenMust be at least 18 years of age or older.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.Company OverviewNational Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
