You'll build relationships with clients, conduct virtual appointments, provide ongoing service, and develop the skills needed to grow your own book of business. Compensation & Career Growth This is a performance-based opportunity. The average first-year income for an entry-level agent with our agency is approximately $50,000 per year, while management roles average $90,000+ per year. Compensation varies based on individual production and performance, and there is no fixed income ceiling. Agents can also earn renewal income on eligible business they build, with 100% lifetime vesting after 10 years of service.
